KAPSOM Attends Ammonia Energy APAC 2026 in Brisbane

From June 15 to 17, KAPSOM participated in the Ammonia Energy Association’s APAC Conference in Brisbane, Australia. The event brought together project developers, technology providers, industry partners, and policymakers to discuss the latest progress in low-emission ammonia across the Asia-Pacific region.

Ammonia Energy APAC 2026 focused on key organizations that have made concrete progress over the past twelve months. Despite global headwinds and project delays in some regions, first movers in Asia and APAC are continuing to advance practical business models, reduce risks across the low-emission ammonia supply chain, and explore both local and international market opportunities. As early ammonia energy markets develop, the business models emerging from Asia-Pacific are expected to play an important role in shaping future regulations, applications, and adoption pathways.

As an active practitioner in the green ammonia industry, KAPSOM shared its experience from green ammonia projects in different regions, as well as its ongoing local project in Australia. The presentation introduced KAPSOM’s perspective on the development of the APAC green ammonia market, with a focus on localized project delivery, modular production systems, and practical routes toward commercial deployment.

KAPSOM also discussed the challenges encountered in local project execution, including regional standards, compliance requirements, engineering adaptation, and supply chain coordination. Through close collaboration with project owners, engineers, and local partners, KAPSOM continues to strengthen its ability to deliver reliable, compliant, and scalable green ammonia solutions for different market environments.
